Hoa Sen Group
Vietnamese producer of galvanized, aluminium-zinc coated and pre-painted steel sheet, steel pipe, purlins and plastic pipe.
Hoa Sen Group was established in 2001 in Binh Duong province and has grown into one of Vietnam's major producers of coated steel sheet. Its plants in the south, centre and north of the country cover cold rolling, hot-dip galvanizing, aluminium-zinc coating and colour coating, together with steel pipe, purlin, slitting and plastic pipe production. Product literature lists pre-painted steel produced with reference to standards such as AS 2728 and EN 10169, among others, and the group sells through a national distribution network and to export markets.
Coated sheet from producers such as Hoa Sen is used in pre-engineered buildings for roof and wall sheeting, standing seam panels, flashings, trims, gutters and downspouts. Galvanized strip is roll formed into C and Z purlins and girts. For a PEB, the specifier selects the base metal thickness (BMT), strength grade, coating type and mass (for example zinc Z-class or aluminium-zinc AZ-class) and paint system to suit the span between purlins, wind uplift and the corrosivity category of the site. Coastal and industrial sites typically call for heavier coatings and higher-performance paints. Profile geometry, fixing pattern and fastener type must be compatible with the sheet manufacturer's published span and load tables.

Founded on 8 August 2001 in Binh Duong; plants include Ton Hoa Sen Phu My (Ba Ria – Vung Tau), Hoa Sen Nghe An (Dong Hoi Industrial Park), and facilities in Binh Dinh, Ha Nam and Yen Bai. The group reports exports to more than 75 countries and territories.
