Erection & Installation

Safe, sequenced steel erection – safety first, then quality, then finish.

Our site teams erect steel structures and pre-engineered buildings from anchor bolts to roofing, walls and handover.

Erection follows a planned sequence set out in the erection drawings and the crane movement plan. Our priorities on site are fixed in this order: safety first, then quality, then aesthetics.

Frames are stabilised with temporary bracing and purlins as erection proceeds, starting from the braced bay; roof and wall panels are installed only after the frames and purlins have been aligned. For overseas projects, the erection drawings, erection sequence and package marking prepared by our engineers support the local erection contractor.

  • Crane-sequenced erection with temporary bracing from the braced bay
  • Alignment checks before cladding; touch-up of coating damage

    Columns erected and braced with struts.

    Trusses & purlins

    Rafters or trusses lifted, purlins fixed.

  5. 05
    First frame alignment

    The first braced frames adjusted to tolerance.

  6. 06
    Remaining frames

    Following frames erected and completed.

  7. 07
    Roofing

    Roof panels installed.

  8. 08
    Walls

    Wall panels installed.

  9. 09
    Miscellaneous items

    Doors, louvers, gutters, finishing.

  10. 10
    Handover

    Quality evaluation, handover and start-up.
