TPlas Factory is a steel structure factory in Thailand. World Steel designed, fabricated and supplied the steel structure, exported in 2019. Design and fabrication follow US structural steel standards – AISC 360, AWS D1.1 and ASTM materials.

World Steel handles each industrial factory steel structure as one package – shop drawings, fabrication and surface protection – from its factory in Tay Ninh, Vietnam. Steel structures for Thailand leave Vietnam as an export steel structure package – marked members, bolts and erection drawings for the site team.

Norme di progettazione e fabbricazione

Like World Steel’s other projects in Thailand, the steel structure was designed and fabricated to US standards: loads to ASCE 7, design to AISC 360 and AISI S100 (cold-formed purlins and girts), MBMA practice for the metal building system, materials to ASTM, welding to AWS D1.1, high-strength bolting to the RCSC Specification and surface preparation to SSPC.
