공정 관리

모든 생산 단계를 관리하고 기록합니다

각 단계는 ISO 3834-2 용접 품질 시스템과 공장 생산 관리에 따라 자체 품질 검사와 기록을 거치며, 홀드 포인트에서는 검사 승인 전까지 라인이 정지됩니다.

공장 및 12단계 공정

01 Receiving Grade, size and heat number verified against EN 10204 3.1 certificates; heat numbers recorded for traceability.
02 Laser cutting Part dimensions, hole positions and cut-edge quality checked on the first piece and by sampling; parts marked with their codes.
03 Auto welding Fit-up, welding parameters, procedure and weld size checked; welds visually inspected.
04 Straightening Flange squareness, straightness and camber measured against tolerance.
05 Rough assembly Positions, orientation and part codes checked against the shop drawing before welding.
06 Dimension check Dimensional report against the shop drawing; member released for final welding only after approval. 홀드 포인트
07 Final welding Welder qualification, WPS and weld sizes checked; welding records completed.
08 Visual & grinding 100 % visual inspection; UT, MT or PT where the specification requires; NDT reports issued.
09 Shot blasting Surface cleanliness (e.g. Sa 2½) and roughness checked before painting.
10 Painting Dry film thickness (DFT) measured; adhesion and appearance checked where specified; coating report issued.
11 Packing Piece counts, marks, protection and packing lists checked against the shipping list.
12 Dispatch Final release note; loading checked; quality dossier compiled.
