World Steel supplies pre-engineered buildings and fabricated structural steel to Malaysia, designed to MS EN 1993 and fabricated under ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090-2.
Malaysia has adopted the Eurocodes with Malaysian National Annexes (MS EN 1993 for steel), while BS 5950 remains common on legacy and some private projects. Wind loads follow MS 1553 and buildings are approved under the Uniform Building By-Laws (UBBL).
Industrial growth in the Klang Valley, Penang, Johor and the Iskandar region drives demand for factories, data-centre support buildings, warehouses and logistics hubs – scopes where World Steel's pre-engineered building systems and heavy structural steel fit well.
Vietnam and Malaysia trade under ATIGA, CPTPP and RCEP, and short-sea shipping from Ho Chi Minh City reaches Port Klang, Penang and Tanjung Pelepas quickly.
