World Steel supplies structural steel for commercial, education and industrial buildings in the Philippines, designed to the National Structural Code of the Philippines.
The National Structural Code of the Philippines (NSCP) is based on AISC 360 for steel design and ASCE 7 for loads, with high design wind speeds for typhoons and strong seismic requirements across most of the archipelago.
Regulated steel products may require Bureau of Philippine Standards (BPS) product certification – we check each item at quotation stage.
References published on worldsteelgroup.com include a three-storey commercial building and a three-storey College of Medicine in the Philippines. Trade between Vietnam and the Philippines falls under ATIGA and RCEP.
