Entrega: To the first carrier at the place of shipment.
Transferência de risco: When the goods are handed to the first carrier.
Custos: The seller pays carriage and all-risks insurance to the named destination.
Indicado para: The container alternative to CIF, with stronger insurance cover.
Atenção: Insurance must be ICC (A) unless the contract says otherwise.
Novidade de 2020: 2020: the minimum insurance under CIP rose from ICC (C) to ICC (A).
