World Steel designs and supplies structural steel and pre-engineered buildings for Indonesia to SNI codes derived from AISC and ASCE 7.
Indonesia designs steel buildings to SNI 1729, adopted from AISC 360, with loads to SNI 1727 and earthquake design to SNI 1726 – essential in one of the world's most seismically active countries. Seismic detailing follows AISC 341 practice.
Some steel products are subject to mandatory SNI certification on import, so material compliance is reviewed item by item at quotation stage.
Indonesia and Vietnam trade under ATIGA and RCEP; steel packages ship to Tanjung Priok (Jakarta), Tanjung Perak (Surabaya) and other regional ports.
