- EPS core 50–100 mm, density 16–20 kg/m³
- Steel skins both sides, tongue-and-groove joints
- Walls, partitions, ceilings, cold rooms
- PU and rock-wool cores available
Insulated walls in one product
A sandwich panel combines two steel skins and an insulating core into a rigid, self-supporting element. WS EPS panels give fast, clean installation for factory walls, partitions, ceilings, clean rooms and cold rooms; panels interlock along their long edges and are screwed to girts or frames.
Where fire performance or higher insulation is needed, PU / PIR or rock-wool cores are specified – see insulated sandwich panels and cold storage.

EPS is combustible. Check the fire requirements of the building code and the insurer before specifying EPS – rock-wool or fire-tested PIR cores may be required.

자주 묻는 질문
Can EPS panels be used in cold rooms?
Yes for chill rooms within the service temperature range; freezers usually use thicker PU / PIR panels for better insulation and fire performance.
