Victor Dang

Victor Dang leads the Commercial & Export Division of World Steel Construction JSC as Global Sales Director & COO. Over more than 16 years and five positions at World Steel, he has helped grow the company into a structural steel fabricator exporting to more than 30 countries from its factory at Hai Son Industrial Park, Tay Ninh, with a capacity of around 40,000 tonnes per year.

His work spans the full export cycle: international project bidding, engineering standards (AISC, AWS, AS/NZS, EN 1090, ISO 3834), trade compliance (Incoterms, free trade agreements, Section 232, HS 7308 / 9406) and the fabrication processes behind every shipment – nesting and cutting, SAW/FCAW welding, shot blasting and hot-dip galvanizing.

Victor works with clients, consultants and main contractors in English and Vietnamese, and is the first point of contact for new international enquiries.
