Solution · WS bolts & anchor bolts
High-strength structural bolts to ASTM F3125, AS/NZS 1252.1 and EN 14399, tension control bolts, metric hex bolts, purlin bolts, nuts, washers and DTIs – and cast-in anchor bolts from M16 to M64 and ½ to 4 in, supplied with the steel, connection by connection.

A steel building is only as strong as the bolts that hold it together and the anchor bolts that hold it down. The wrong grade, a mixed nut, a short thread or an anchor set two centimetres off – each costs days on site.
World Steel supplies bolting with the steel it fabricates: the bolt list comes from the same 3D model as the shop drawings, every assembly is from one tested lot to the standard of the project, and anchor bolts are fabricated, galvanized and caged in our plant before the first column leaves. For post-installed fixings see chemical anchors.

Tiêu chuẩn & tuân thủ
Bolts, nuts and washers are supplied as one system to the standard of the project:
Nội dung chỉ mang tính tham khảo – chỉ dẫn kỹ thuật của dự án, phiên bản quy chuẩn được áp dụng và cơ quan có thẩm quyền là căn cứ quyết định.
Kỹ thuật
Heavy hex head, controlled thread length, a nut that develops the full bolt strength and a hardened washer under the turned element – structural bolts are systems, not loose parts. The grip decides the length; the shear plane decides whether threads may be included.
Head markings show the standard and grade – A325, A490, 8.8, 10.9 HV – together with the manufacturer, so inspectors can check every bolt.
Kỹ thuật
L-bolts, J-bolts, headed rods, rods with embedded plates and sleeved anchors – with projection, thread length and nuts sized from the base plate and grout. F1554 rods are colour-coded by grade.
Bolt groups are delivered as cages with templates, tagged by grid line, weeks before the steel.

They have similar strength (about 830 MPa), but A325 bolts are inch-sized to ASTM F3125 with A563 nuts and F436 washers, while 8.8 bolts are metric to AS/NZS 1252.1 or EN 14399. They are not interchangeable – the project standard decides.
A325 / 8.8 bolts can be hot-dip galvanized with lubricated oversize-tapped nuts. A490 / 10.9 bolts are normally not hot-dip galvanized because of the risk of hydrogen embrittlement.
The foundation design decides. F1554 Grade 36 covers most pinned bases; Grade 55 and 105 are used for fixed bases, moment frames and high uplift.
Yes – anchor bolts and cages ship first, with setting drawings and templates, so foundations are ready when the steel arrives.
EN 10204 3.1 certificates per lot, rotational-capacity or suitability test reports for preloaded systems, galvanizing certificates, CE Declarations of Performance for EN 14399 and bolt lists by connection mark.
Send the connection drawings or the anchor bolt plan – we return the bolting package to your code, with certificates and a delivered price.
