Accessible thresholds
The 5 in aluminium saddle threshold has a vertical rise under ¼ in and a bevel no steeper than 1:2 up to ½ in, meeting accessibility rules, and is fire-tested for use on rated doors.
Keep the weather out
On exterior steel doors a drip cap over the head, perimeter weatherstrip on the frame and a sweep on the door bottom work together with the threshold – standard on WS metal-building walk doors.
