The seller delivers export-cleared goods alongside the buyer's vessel at the named port of shipment.

כיצד World Steel מספקת FAS

For break-bulk and project cargo – long girders, trusses, modules – alongside the vessel at Ho Chi Minh City or Cai Mep–Thi Vai, by arrangement.

מסירה: Alongside the vessel (on the quay or a barge) at the named port of shipment.
מעבר הסיכון: When the goods are placed alongside the ship.
עלויות: The seller pays to the quay including export clearance; the buyer pays loading on board and freight.
מתאים במיוחד ל: Charter vessels and project cargo loaded by the buyer's stevedores.
שימו לב: Sea and inland waterway only; not suitable for containers.

תמיד יש לציין את הכלל, מקום מוגדר ומדויק ואת הגרסה, לדוגמה: “FAS Ho Chi Minh City, Incoterms® 2020”.
