Ex Works

The buyer collects at the seller's premises and does everything else – loading, export clearance and all transport.

כיצד World Steel מספקת EXW

Available at the World Steel factory, Hai Son Industrial Park, on request. Because EXW leaves loading and Vietnamese export clearance to the buyer, we normally recommend FCA World Steel factory instead – export cleared and loaded by us.

מסירה: Goods placed at the buyer's disposal at the named place – the WS factory – not loaded.
מעבר הסיכון: When the goods are placed at the buyer's disposal at the factory.
עלויות: The buyer pays from the factory gate, including loading and Vietnamese export clearance.
מתאים במיוחד ל: Domestic collection, or buyers with their own export agent in Vietnam.
שימו לב: The buyer must be able to clear exports in Vietnam; the seller has no duty to load. ICC recommends FCA for international sales.

תמיד יש לציין את הכלל, מקום מוגדר ומדויק ואת הגרסה, לדוגמה: “EXW Ho Chi Minh City, Incoterms® 2020”.
