Delivered and unloaded at a named terminal or site, by arrangement – useful where our team supervises erection.

מסירה: Unloaded at the named place of destination.
מעבר הסיכון: When the goods are unloaded at the named place.
עלויות: The seller pays transport and unloading; the buyer clears import and pays duties.
מתאים במיוחד ל: Sites where the seller is better placed to unload heavy or long members.
שימו לב: The seller must be able to unload at the named place – check cranes and access.
חדש ב-2020: 2020: DPU replaces DAT and can be any place, not only a terminal.

תמיד יש לציין את הכלל, מקום מוגדר ומדויק ואת הגרסה, לדוגמה: “DPU הנמל / האתר שלכם, Incoterms® 2020”.
