| Electric control panel | Contactors, overload relays, inverters and main isolator in an IP-rated enclosure. |
| Cable reel | Spring or motor reel for power to mobile gantries and transfer carts. |
| Pendant push-button stations | 2- to 12-button pendants with emergency stop and two-step speed buttons. |
| Radio remote control | Industrial radio control with emergency stop and receiver in the panel. |
| Travel geared motors | Brake motors with helical, bevel or parallel-shaft gearboxes for long and cross travel. |
| Frequency inverters | Soft start and stop, variable speed and reduced load swing. |
| Current collectors (3P / 4P) | Collector arms running in the enclosed conductor rail. |
| Enclosed conductor rail | Insulated safety conductor rail for long and cross travel. |
| Rail tensioners (strainers) | Tension and anchor conductor rails and festoon wires. |
| Crane wheels | Forged or cast wheels with bearings, flanged or flangeless. |
| Geared wheel blocks | Wheel with integral gear ring for driven end carriages. |

Spare parts and service
Components are supplied for new WS cranes and as spare parts for existing cranes. Our service team carries out inspection, maintenance, repair and upgrades – for example adding inverters, radio control or load limiters – and organises periodic inspection with the authority.

Can you upgrade an existing crane?
Yes – inverter drives, radio control, load limiters, new conductor systems and replacement wheels or hoists can be fitted to existing cranes after inspection.
