Consommables de soudage
Kim Tin Group
Vietnamese producer of welding electrodes and welding wires with factories in Long An and Hung Yen.
Kim Tin Group is a Vietnamese manufacturer of welding materials that grew from a trading company into a group with welding consumable factories in Long An in the south and Hung Yen in the north. Its product range covers low-carbon and stainless steel covered electrodes, TIG rods, MIG/MAG solid wires, stainless steel wires and submerged arc welding wires. The company presents product approvals from classification societies and certification bodies such as DNV, ABS, NK and TÜV.
Domestic welding consumables are used widely by Vietnamese steel structure fabricators. In PEB fabrication, MIG/MAG solid wire is used for semi-automatic and robotic welding of end plates, stiffeners, cleats and base plates; submerged arc wire with a matched flux is used for the web-to-flange welds of built-up members; and covered electrodes serve tack welding, repairs and site work. For export projects, the consumable classification and the third-party approvals must match the requirements of the welding code and the project specification, and each consumable is qualified within the fabricator's welding procedure specifications. Batch certificates are retained in the quality records.
