Demander un devis Caractéristiques

  • Epoxy, vinylester, hybrid and polyester
  • Threaded rods M8 – M30 and larger
  • Cracked concrete and seismic (C1 / C2)
  • No expansion stress – close to edges
  • Holes sealed against moisture
  • ETA / ICC-ES approved systems

What it is

A chemical (bonded) anchor is a steel rod set in a drilled hole filled with a two-part resin mortar. The mortar bonds to the rod and to the concrete along the full embedment, so the load is spread along the hole instead of being pushed into the concrete by an expanding sleeve.

How anchors carry load
Bond along the full embedment – no expansion force.

Installation

Installing a chemical anchor
Six steps.

Hole cleaning is the step that decides the capacity: dust left in the hole acts as a release layer. Follow the manufacturer's installation instructions for the approved product – drill type, cleaning tools, gel and cure times for the base temperature.

Questions fréquentes

Can I load a chemical anchor straight away?

No – wait for the full cure time for the base temperature in the product table. Mechanical anchors are the choice where load is needed immediately.
