All-in-one pre-hung 20 gauge door and 16 gauge frame with a weld cap – placed in the cut container wall and welded in two steps. 3068, with or without vision lite.

Two steps, no tube frame

Converting a container usually means welding a heavy tube frame into the corrugated wall and then hanging a door. The weld-in container door replaces all of that: the frame has an outer weld cap and unfinished galvannealed weld surfaces, so the pre-hung unit is set flush against the opening and welded in place.
