  • Pre-hung door and weld-in frame
  • Two steps: place in opening, weld
  • 3068 door, 41⅛ × 82 9/16 in rough opening
  • Deadbolt or invisible deadbolt prep
  • Polystyrene core, ADA threshold
  • Solid or with 10 × 10 in lite

Two steps, no tube frame

Converting a container usually means welding a heavy tube frame into the corrugated wall and then hanging a door. The weld-in container door replaces all of that: the frame has an outer weld cap and unfinished galvannealed weld surfaces, so the pre-hung unit is set flush against the opening and welded in place.
