Standards by market
Building codes, loads, design, fabrication, materials, welding, coatings and access standards – what applies in each market and how World Steel complies.
How compliance is built in
Compliance is not a document added at the end. Each project runs through the same chain: code review and design, certified materials, qualified welding, controlled coatings, inspection and testing, and a complete quality dossier shipped with the steel.
- Design to the codes and National Annexes of the destination
- Mill certificates (EN 10204 3.1 / ASTM / AS/NZS) and heat traceability
- Welding under ISO 3834-2 with AWS, AS/NZS or EN ISO procedures
- Inspection & test plans, NDT and dimensional checks
- Declaration of Performance, Declaration of Compliance or IAS documentation as required
