The seller delivers to the named place of destination, ready for unloading; the buyer clears import.

- The seller pays all transport to the named place; the buyer pays unloading, import clearance and duties.

- Projects where the buyer wants a delivered price but handles import formalities.

- Delays in import clearance at destination are at the buyer's cost and risk.
