- Barrel and arched roofs, canopies and walkways
- Crimp-curved sheets for curved eaves and ridges
- Made from standard WS trapezoidal profiles
- Same coatings and colours as flat sheets
Curves without joints
Curved sheets turn a roof into an arch with no ridge joint – for canopies, walkways, sports halls and architectural roofs. Two methods are used:
Two ways to curve a sheet
- Roll-curved (smooth) sheets – bent to a large radius for barrel roofs; chord length up to about 1.2 m per curved piece in the reference range, longer arches assembled from several sheets.
- Crimp-curved sheets – crimped to a tight radius (minimum radius about 300 mm, minimum length about 560 mm) for curved eaves, ridges and bullnose details.
Achievable radii depend on profile, thickness and coating – confirm with our engineers before design.

よくある質問
Which radius can be achieved?
Crimp-curved sheets reach a minimum radius of about 300 mm; smooth roll-curved sheets need larger radii. The exact limit depends on profile and thickness.
