Dong A Steel Sheet (Ton Dong A)

Ton Dong A Corporation began in 1998 as Dong A Co., Ltd. and has developed into a manufacturer of cold-rolled steel, galvanized sheet, aluminium-zinc coated sheet, pre-painted sheet and galvanized steel box sections. Its second plant, inaugurated in 2015 in Dong An 2 Industrial Park, added a push-pull pickling line, a cold rolling mill and coating lines. The company markets coated products in three tiers: KING (KINGALUZIN and KINGCOLOR) for large projects and factories, WIN for residential and commercial buildings, and SVIET as an economical range. It sells through a national distribution network and exports to markets in Asia, Africa and elsewhere.

In pre-engineered buildings, aluminium-zinc coated and pre-painted sheet is roll formed into roof and wall sheeting, standing seam panels, trims, flashings and rainwater goods. Coating mass is a main durability driver: for example, Ton Dong A lists AZ150 for KINGALUZIN and AZ100 for KINGCOLOR. Designers should match coating mass, paint system and base metal thickness to the building's exposure and the purlin spacing and wind uplift, and confirm warranty terms, which are typically conditional on environment and installation. Galvanized box sections are used for light framing, door frames and accessories.

In Vietnam

Founded on 5 November 1998 as Dong A Co., Ltd. with its first plant in Song Than 1 Industrial Park, Di An (former Binh Duong province, now part of Ho Chi Minh City). A second plant in Dong An 2 Industrial Park, with pickling, cold rolling and coating lines, was inaugurated in November 2015.
