What it is

Studs and tracks are the building blocks of light gauge steel framing. Lipped C studs carry the vertical loads in walls and form truss chords and noggings; U tracks hold the studs top and bottom. Produced on CNC roll-forming lines straight from the 3D model, each member is cut to length, punched and printed with its position.

High-strength G550 steel lets thin members carry high loads; heavier coatings are chosen for humid, coastal or ventilated roof spaces.
