  • Three profiles: WS 1000-40-4, 970-41-4, 945-41-4
  • Snap-on fixing over concealed clips – no exposed screws
  • High-tensile G550 steel, 0.45–0.60 mm
  • Fast installation without seaming

Concealed fixing without seaming

Clip-lock sheets are fixed by snapping the ribs over concealed clips screwed to the purlins. There are no fasteners through the sheet and no seaming machine is needed – a clean roof that installs quickly.

The high-tensile G550 substrate gives stiffness at thin gauges. Middle and side clips (CT-1 / CT-2 positions) hold every rib.

Good practice

  • Lay sheets in the direction away from prevailing weather
  • Check clip alignment every few purlins
  • Engage the ribs fully along the whole length before walking on the sheet
  • Use matching clips for each profile

In cyclonic regions, concealed-fix roofs must be tested and installed to the applicable cyclonic test and installation requirements.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between clip-lock and standing seam?

Clip-lock sheets snap onto clips and need no seaming; standing seam sheets are seamed together on site and allow more thermal movement on very long sheets.

Why is G550 steel used?

High-tensile G550 steel gives the stiffness the profile needs at 0.45–0.60 mm thickness.
