- Pre-measured resin – no waste
- Spin-in or hammer-in setting
- Fixed embedment per capsule size
- High loads in concrete
- Fast work on repetitive layouts
- Glass or foil capsules
What it is
A capsule contains resin, hardener and aggregate in the right ratio. The capsule is dropped into a clean hole and the anchor rod – with a chisel end – is driven in with a rotary hammer, breaking the capsule and mixing the mortar in place.
Where it fits
- Many identical anchors – rail, barriers, equipment rows
- Overhead or horizontal holes where injection is awkward
- Sites where dosing control matters
Capsules lock in the embedment depth and are less flexible than injection mortars for varying hole sizes.
